Attendize Licence

Attendize is licenced under the Attribution Assurance Licence (AAL). This licence requires the 'Powered By Attendize' notice to be kept in place on any Attendize installation. If you wish to remove references to Attendize you must purchase one of the white-label licences listed below.

By using Attendize in a white-label capacity you are bound by the license you purchase. A licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Attendize in commercial & personal projects. The rules for each license are as follows:

Standard Licence

  • You can use Attendize in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for clients on 1 domain.
  • You cannot incorporate Attendize in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your clients.
  • You cannot redistribute or resell Attendize.
  • You cannot use Attendize in a SAAS product.

Extended Licence

  • You can use Attendize in a work which you are creating for your own purposes or for clients on up to 10 domains.
  • You cannot incorporate Attendize in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your clients.
  • You cannot redistribute or resell Attendize.
  • You cannot use Attendize in a SAAS product.

SAAS Licence*

  • You can use Attendize in/as a SAAS product on one domain.
  • You cannot redistribute Attendize.**
* SAAS refers to "Software As a Service". This licence is required if you intend to have customers who will offer tickets through your website. Contact us if you require further clarification.
** In certain circumstances redistribution may be allowed. Please contact us if you require further information.
Free Updates

Every licence comes with lifetime updates for the current major version. We'll email all licence holders immediately if any critical bugs are found. We will also provide email assistance with implementing fixes.

Technical Support

Purchasing a SAAS licence grants you access you professional email support for 12 months from the date of purchase. Simply email us at support@attendize.com and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Renewal

When the support period ends for your chosen licence you may choose to extend support by renewing your licence. Renewals benefit from a 30% discount on the original licence cost.
